III. Objects of the Company

The objects for which the company is established are:

To operate as a commercial airline for the transportation of passengers, cargo, and mail, both domestically and internationally.
To provide air transport services, including scheduled and charter flights, cargo services, and related aviation services.
To acquire, own, lease, and operate aircraft and associated equipment necessary for the airline's operations.
To establish and maintain airline routes and networks to connect Somalia with various international destinations.
To engage in any ancillary or subsidiary business activities related to the airline industry, including but not limited to, ground services, maintenance and repair services, and in-flight services.
To collaborate with domestic and international aviation authorities, organizations, and airlines for the promotion of air travel and the development of the aviation industry in Somalia.
To carry out any other business activities that are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.

IV. Liability of Members

The liability of the members is limited.

V. Capital Clause

The authorized share capital of the company is $1,000,000,000 USD, divided into 100,000 shares of $10,000 USD each.
The shares are to be issued, allotted, and dealt with in accordance with the Articles of Association of the company.
